In exactly 1 month from now, on May 2, I will be teaching day 6 of the program “Masterclass in Data-driven Digital Transformation” under the inspiring leadership of Klaas van der Heijden.
The picture below is exactly what I will NOT be doing: no diagrams, no abstract pictures, no theory. No, it will be a day full of stories! I am going to do storytelling about how organizations have tackled the digital transformation and data-driven organization, what they have encountered and what we can learn from it. REAL cases, in other words.
Still some theory, namely how do the cases relate to all kinds of frameworks we know and use, such as #DAMA#DMBoK.
I am super looking forward to it and can’t wait!
