We assume that computers can “just” exchange information with each other.
This is not true at all, and it is great to hear a clear explanation from Computerphile. 100,000 different characters, support for Chinese, Hebrew, European languages, etc., how do they do it?

Anyone who works with data knows that UTF-8 is our best friend, this video explains how it works.

“the most beautiful hack in the world”

Computerphile is a great YouTube channel that explains nerdy but important computer stuff, because we all have to deal with it. Clear videos on how easy it is to crack passwords (including yours!), digital signatures, how to analyze data and much more.
Worth your time!
